Dibond ® Aluminum Sandwich Plate
Aluminum sandwiches are a combination of a lightweight polyethylene core in thin aluminum plates.
They are characterized by their low weight, dimensional stability, excellent weather resistance and a perfectly smooth surface. Bend easily and aesthetically high-quality 3D objects can be easily produced.
Sandwiches are supplied as standard in 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, in many colors such as white, yellow, red, blue, green, black, silver metallic, brushed aluminum, natural aluminum, silver mirror and wood imitation. The boards are coated with polyester varnish and the surface is adapted for printing.

Milling of aluminum sandwich is the machining of plastic material, which is often the need for further adjustments. With our technology, we are able to produce and clean edge.
Dibond ® aluminum sandwich panels have a relatively negligible thermal expansion with a range of -50 to + 80 ° C. The boards are very strong and lightweight.
All products can be picked up in person at our Ostrožská Nová Ves facility or sent to you throughout the Czech Republic and abroad (Germany, Austria, Slovakia, etc.) by an external carrier.
