Our company has two CNC machines

For milling and engraving of plate materials we use two CNC machines with a working table area of 3050 x 2060 mm and 4267 x 2032 mm. These machines allow to machine and cut plexiglass, polycarbonate, technical plastics and other materials up to approx. 120 mm thick. In practice, these are thicker plates that can not divide the laser. Both machines have a camera.

In the CNC machine with a working surface of 4267 x 2032 mm, we use an oscillating and pulling knife for milling and cutting of printed graphics in addition to milling tools. These knives also divide thin films and soft materials.

We specialize in bending and molding of plastics (plexiglass, polycarbonate, lexane, etc.), plexiglass laser cutting, milling of plastics (plexiglass), dibond acoustic boards, glaving, polycarbonate milling, production of advertising covers,
vacuum forming, production of plastic hemispheres, gluing of plexiglass, production of advertising stands, advertising stands and other plastic products.

We cooperate with clients throughout the Czech Republic and abroad. Within the Czech Republic we have clients in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Plzen, Olomouc, Liberec, Usti nad Labem, Ceske Budejovice, Hradec Kralove, Pardubice, Havirov, Zlin, Kladno, Most, Karvina, Opava, Frydek-Mistek, Decin, Teplice, Karlovy Vary, Jihlava, Teplice and many others.

We have clients abroad in Slovakia, Germany and Austria. These include clients from Bratislava, Kosice, Zilina, Nitra, Banska Bystrica, Trnava, Trencin, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Dortmund, Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg, Innsbruck and also Klagenfurt.
