Plastic bending

Plastic bending is done by heat treatment. In practice, this means manually by local heating. When heated locally, the plastic material softens at the bend and bends it to the desired shape using templates or various jigs. Once we have finished bending the plastic product, we thermally stabilize it. He is then ready to ship to the customer.
